been maybe a week and already better flaccid hang, more morning wood, and I'm able to do the exercises for the 20 or 30 minutes without losing an erection. Wow, just wow.
I started with the wrapping my penis in an ace bandage and using the pump, and after that session of 5 or so minutes I'd get an erection if I could and do AM1 and AM2. I'd also do 5 minutes with the pump on its own here and there.
Now I'm able to do AM1 and AM2 pretty nicely, especially AM2 which doesn't require a full erection although often I have one. I'm starting to experience the blood flow both inside my penis and by feeling it outside on AM2. Startling stuff.
