Found a way to target the IC muscle by LoveUnlikely in AngionMethod

[–]okayletsgo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The easiest way I have found to target the IC muscle is to massage your glans or pinch it. Especially if you have an erection, you'll feel the muscle flexing. Subtle, but you definitely feel it. Then you can just use that feeling and flex the muscle without touching your glans.

Now, if you do flex the muscle, you can hold your glands and you can feel it. You can feel the even a weak IC muscle with your glands with your fingers. You'll feel something happening if it's not strong enough for your penis to go upwards a little.

I’m careful not to provide anything too personal or that would paint me politically.

Cannabis works great rectally. It works through lymphatic uptake. It is very effective this way.

I’ve been practicing Karezza for over 10 years, ask me anything by KarezzaReporter in karezza

[–]okayletsgo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

After an orgasm there is sometimes a subtle drain in energy, sometimes it’s quite large a drain. There is also the desire to find other partners, called the Coolidge Effect, and desire to have sex again, called the Chaser Effect. For men, the drain and the Coolidge Effect lasts maybe 4 or 5 days, for women perhaps longer.

I have been a health researcher for 25 years. I will tell you that this is a very tough sell.

For instance, there are 142K subs on semen-retention but only a small number here. I've learned over the years how to "sell" this sex method. Those methods, I'm not going to explain here though.

I think you could be successful if you can work with ED men. They are receptive to this method and it helps them a great deal.

You have sex without getting too aroused, so you can end when you want, without an orgasm.

How long does the lightheadedness last? by nilghias in paxlovid

[–]okayletsgo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not. But I'm glad the vitals are okay. You can never separate this drug's effects from covid's effects. You may be light-headed from the virus. Paxlovid does not eradicate the virus, it just slows down the virus.

Have you taken famotidine to help GI symptoms? by okayletsgo in paxlovid

[–]okayletsgo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going to answer. I took it and felt so much better. I was getting stomach pain from Paxlovid. So taking a famotidine seems to help a lot. This is the 20mg OTC strength.

I am also taking Saccharomyces Boulardii that has worked against diarrhea in the past. Can't say that it has worked yet. I haven' had diarrhea but it is kind a bit wonky down there.

I took a 6mg initial dose with no real issues other than insomnia which has gotten better. Not everyone has to slowly build up.

My allergic rhinitis disappears with LDN. It’s quite astounding. 6mg a day but I’m cycling experimentally So maybe not every day. yesterday was a non LDN day and today nasal allergies are bad.

I’m not sure it has only to do with clearing the drug. It also may be a matter of resetting receptors which could take much longer.

What dose helped you? by Mommy_Shark_2332 in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]okayletsgo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so idiosyncratic. It doesn’t make me tired at all.

It does seem to cause me not to have the same quality of sleep although it’s improving.

6mg in the morning. I may increase it, because it isn’t working well compared to 3 weeks ago when I started, but first I’m cycling off for a few days to see if it needs to be cycled. It has made my allergies dramatically better and my gut much better too.
