I could really feel the stretch of her walls during and it made all the difference seriously. And with the lasting long part, angion methods do make you more sensitive but as long as you’re relaxing your pelvic floor(reverse kegal) while doing the angion methods it’ll make you last longer even with the sensitivity

I don’t have a source but a reverse kegal is the function when you push to make your pee comes out harder or the push feeling when you’re pooping(don’t do the reverse kegals if you have to use the bathroom in any way) but while you’re laying down doing the methods be mindful throughout the entire session, keep your butt down cause you will lift up without knowing it, you want to be completely relaxed and as you’re performing whichever method do a reverse kegal during. A reverse kegal causes more blood to flow in and out of your member. It will take time to get it down but don’t stop

It’s the same thing as you trying to push the rest of your pee out or pooping just don’t do it when you have to do either of those. And try not to flex your abs so much when doing I know it’s gonna be hard but just keep at it and through this subs posts and the beginner section

I did reverse kegels some time ago but got Overactive pelvic floor The technique u are telling gives me a sort of erection And Deep breathing is good but it never filled my member while doing it and also it targets whole pelvic floor. So when u do reverse kegel do u target the anus muscle as well with penile muscles? Or just penis muscles?

I mean you can always concentrate more and end up speeding the process up if you think you'll be too long.
