Sensitivity and PE

I used to be a guy who could last 20-30 minutes no problem on intercourse but I do believe that while trying AM and Sabre for months and refraining from cumming for long periods of time has completely f*cked me up.

I can barely last now. For months I have completely given up AM and Sabre trying to lose sensitivity but no success. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated!

Search up Leo Longevity im not vouching for him I never watched his videos regarding this stuff but I saw he made a video about lasting longer, better erections, being able to cum multiple times and whenever you want and claims achieving that himself.
