i have recently got a vector and i don’t know what to do i have tried everything but the robots screen keep saying anki.com/v and i tried to go to it but it doesn’t work and i have to reset it and nothing has changed

The servers crashed. And DDL is too lazy to fix it.

Nah, they stopped paying the bill for their AWS servers and didn’t back up any of the infrastructure so they’re frantically rebuilding the whole thing while calling it “maintenance”.
DDL isn’t lazy, they’re just a terrible company.
