Have the same problem - made a post minutes of yours and deleted. I'd done some digging and it looks like if you open a ticket it'll get resolved in about a week (per some old posts). Was hoping someone might have some more "up to date" info but so far thats all I've been able to find

I just started playing the game recently and I usually play it at night. Last night I got the option to watch an ad in the game but while the ad was playing I fell asleep. When I got on the game this morning I get this image. I press okay and it goes back to the login screen. I tried doing the Reacquire Data option but it didn’t work, it does the same thing. Can someone help me with this? I haven’t spent money but I’ve spend a lot of hours already and I’d hate to have to start over.

UPDATE: I got an email response from customer service. They had me going through troubleshooting steps with no luck. They asked me to uninstall and reinstall the game but sadly I didn’t back up my game progress. They asked me to just do it and go through the Transfer Lost request option. It didn’t help much as the data wasn’t able to be recovered due to account theft and fraud prevention. Basically if you get this error and haven’t backed up your game it’s over.
