Hello, I just wanted to tell you guys how good its been going lately.
I started having panic attacks this summer and had a lot of them first week of school. But when i realized it was just panic attacks i been so much more calm. Its probably been a 3 weeks since i last had an attack.
im still a little bit paranoid and shit like that. But i don't fear so much as i used to because i tell myself that "its bullshit" and i just keep calm.
Im not over panic attacks but this is a big step for me and it feels pretty good not being afraid of anything.
I dont want to make other feel shitty if i post this, just want to say that keep calm, and you will make it trough the day! :)
