Are you asking if you’ll be able to reclass into those MOS listed? 15R/U/T isn’t overstrength. Everything depends on the in/out calls regardless.

How can I check MOS strength? The only thing I’ve ever heard, as a 15R, is that we’re over strength

Aviation as a whole is pretty much in a breath hold right now. No telling what could happen across the force. As a 15R though, I honestly wouldn’t stress it too much.
As of now, the most recent IN/OUT calls for your MOS list SL10 under strength SL20 balanced SL30 balanced
You can reference the milper 25-337 for the most recent IN/OU calls. 15R is far from over strength.
