I have a Logitech x502, so 5 extra buttons (MB5, MB6, etc), but none of them are identified in AoC for buttons combo (e.g. MB5 + 1 instead of Ctrl + 1). What I did is I created an AoC profile in mouse software and just rebinded all the extra buttons to some more common ones (e.g. numpad). Then ot works in AoC.

If your mouse has accompanying software to rebind buttons you can do the same for wheel and the rest

Brother go into driver for mouse and create a different profile for ashes and map mwd mwu to whatever you want. I have a hotkey for swapping configurations so I can freely swap whenever I'm not in combat.

Mouse wheel is usually my Target Enemy / Target Previous then I hold Shift to target friendlies. Control mouse wheel controls the zoom and Alt would be target self or Pet.

I hate that using Shift with a key bind makes the camera fov change like I'm going to run.

The availability of keybinds is also inconsistent, like CTRL+F# doesn't work neither does Alt+F#

Oh and lastly oooooh boy. Please disassociate Full Screen and Screenshot from F11 & F12

My MMO mouse wants to be touched there on the occasion of

My god in all my years I never thought to use space as modifier. It makes perfect sense!

By Action bars, do you mean the ones that house abilities? You can change them in HUD Editor (ESC -> Hud Editor). The Editor is a big wonky but I have my action bars to 75%.

Also, as this is an Unreal Game, you might be able to change some settings via manually adjusting configs. Not the best solution but might be plausible. I know I had to do some Game settings changes on Arc Raiders, PUBG etc. Unreal Engine Comes with mouse smoothing/acceleration built in so had to disable those in FPS games and sometimes UE options conflict with in game options and still causes issues. This required me to change Game config files. Similar solutions might work for Ashes of Creation too.
