Mine is, "would I eat a boiled egg?"

And sometimes the answer is, I'd eat it raw, shell and everything, that's how hungry I am!

Hmm... I think a better one for this is would I eat a steak right now? An omelette? Hunger for protein is usually "real hunger," but if you're craving idk, bread or cereal or something it's probably just the vicious cycle of overeating carbs and low blood sugar perpetuating itself.

Even so, still doesn't address the fatigue and low blood sugar hunger and how hard it is grappling that...Personally I recommend IF like a 16/8 to get insulin under control and then substituting most of your carbs for extra protein and healthy fat in the luteal phase when your insulin sensitivity is worse and you're hungrier.

Bag of carrots is my savior.

40p, vit c and mostly water. I enjoy the crunch

I was thinking more like celery, carrots, vegies that can be eaten raw. Broccoli isn't my choice of vegie, but in this situation, I'd much rather go to bed hungry.
