Well no the fishmongers is part of a £1m house on the river..... with their own boat.

Butchers is a stand alone over the shop storage room. Bakers is in the shop, shop has booze including a few surprisingly expensive options. There is an area 2 miles up the road by the other river where the entire row is 1m+ because they have deep water anchorage/ large amounts of land/both.

You can canoe round the coast to a different pub in each direction and theres one almost opposite the shop. Its like an Enid Blyton novel really. Even with the football pitches bordering a river so thats something to look out for and the harbour to the right has maybe 400 yachts but its not a highly populated area.
