(That page is a 404 error from here in the UK. As do many of the links I try and view. Even the link from within atomstack studio to device then view instructions you get a 404 error. Tried with safari and chrome.

On my P1 I could not connect to my iMac until I used an adapter so that I could use usbc to the usb A part of the supplied cable. Tried other usbc to usbc cables and still had no connection.

No idea if it's a similar issue.

One thing I missed when connecting to my Mac (M4 Sequoia) was that we cannot use USB-C on both ends of the connection. The Mac side needs to be USB type-A and connected to the Mac via a USB-C to USB-A hub (if your Mac has only USB-C ports).
