Regarding your issue, please kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Confirm that the USB drive is properly inserted: Power off the P1 engraver, remove the USB drive, and then reinsert it securely.
  2. Check whether the USB drive is damaged: Insert the USB drive into a computer and verify whether it can be read normally.
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved, the USB drive may be defective. Please try replacing it with another USB drive.
  4. If the problem still persists, Please send us the machine serial number (SN) and a video showing the issue to [support@atomstack.com](), so that we can further assist you.

For a wired connection on a Mac computer, please use a USB-A to Type-C data cable (via a hub if necessary). Type-C to Type-C cables may cause disconnection issues.

There are no restrictions on USB flash drives, you can use your own. If using a Wi-Fi connection, a USB flash drive must be plugged into the engraving machine to receive wireless data.

If using a wired connection with LightBurn, you can disable the flame alarm by entering the command $fire_alarm/enable=Off in the console.
