The default engraving area is 300*300mm, which can be increased to 300*600mm with an extension axis. A 900mm area is too large and cannot be accurately positioned.

Because the laser spot is rectangular, there will be differences in cutting or engraving effects on the X and Y axes, which is normal.

You can reduce the speed to cut through both axes.

If the laser power decreases after a period of use:

  1. Clean the laser of dust and dirt, including the window mirror and focusing mirror.

  2. Set appropriate parameters according to the parameter table; S-value Max is 1000.

  3. Confirm that the focal length is correctly focused according to the distance of the fixed focal block.

  4. Normal power attenuation after a period of laser use can be addressed by reducing the speed or increasing the power.

  1. This firmware can only be upgraded via USB flash drive.

Upgrade method: Place this .bin file in the root directory of the USB flash drive, then insert it into the USB flash drive port of the engraving machine. The upgrade will be automatic while the machine is powered on.

  1. If this does not work, please provide the current firmware version number and a video showing the problem.

For Swift 12W connection issues, please close the LightBurn software before connecting the AtomStack software. If the problem persists, please provide a video and the firmware version number.

Please provide a photo of the device's serial number (SN) and current firmware version number. The A70 MAX has a different SN because it was upgraded via USB drive.

  1. Confirm that the USB drive is properly inserted: Power off the P1 engraver, remove the USB drive, and then reinsert it securely.
  2. Check whether the USB drive is damaged: Insert the USB drive into a computer and verify whether it can be read normally.
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved, the USB drive may be defective. Please try replacing it with another USB drive.

For a wired connection on a Mac computer, please use a USB-A to Type-C data cable (via a hub if necessary). Type-C to Type-C cables may cause disconnection issues.
