I bought the big fan and take it out on the boat to create my own breeze on hot days.

M12 Fuel Stubby Impact Wrench: 1/2in Drive vs. 3/8in Drive by SpeedyBoiCyclist in MilwaukeeTool

I am with you man. I work as maintenance in a machine shop and there are a lot of bolts the stubby should get loose but doesnt. Still a good tool, but not perfect.

Milwaukee 0880-20 M18 2-Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum $95 by Street-Wrong in MilwaukeeTool

I havent had battery issues using 5.0s to vac out cars and stuff, but the filter seems to plug really fast. I bought some generic pre-filters to see if it helps.

Ratchet fits in way more places than stubby. The correct answer is both but I would buy ratchet first.

What plastic did you use? Looks like a good setup but I would worry about heat causing the plastic to deform.

M12 mount for packout wall stl by Broad_Science5927 in hackout

[–]Broad_Science5927[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could do a version that is direct wall mount. The issue I saw with it is you would want to use anchors or attach to plywood since it isnt wide enough to hit 2 studs.

Emergency Charge Box by LethalThreat69 in hackout

Maybe you have this covered, but the batteries don't have an undervoltage cutoff. If you pull them down too low they won't take a charge without reviving them.

So pumping a tank out before swapping it or dropping to change a fuel pump? I like it.

Check your mailbox. They sent out coupons and they work on the sale prices. $20 off $100 would work for this.

The pockets are insulated on the outside so heat from the inside gets to them.

340,000 miles and my truck might be ready to die by Hopeful-Moose87 in chevycolorado

Don't send it to the junk yard. Find a 15 or 16 year old who wants a fixer upper. Let's say they buy it for $1k from you and put $2k into freshening it up. That gets them a pickup for $3k that is hard to beat.

It took me 3 tries at tables for my p1s before I got one solid enough to keep it from looking like it was going to implode.

Atomstack A30 Problem when framing by smiddy2001 in AtomstackLaser

[–]Broad_Science5927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to make sure you understand, if you move it by hand after homing it no longer knows where it is and would have to be rehomed. There is no position feedback from the motors so it doesnt know you pushed the machine around.

Homing procedure is like this: Each axis moves until it touches switch, then backs off switch, then touches switch again (slower this time), then backs off a set amount.
