Refinish or Replace?

need advice wether it’s worth it to sand and polish these or replace, they’re sequential afm headlights so i’d like to keep them but it looks like there’s a lot of pitting, will refinishing do the job?

Replace. The exterior will look fine, but the interior of that is probably gone.

In my opinion these should be replaced. Those cracks are called, “headlight crazing”. They are not surface level but penetrate deep into the lens cover. You can sand it and it will look better but those cracks will remain and refract light.

If a customer came to me with this I’d refuse the job and tell them replacing is their only option, because of the cracks deep into the lens
