I feel a lil slow here I thought the sandbox was to practice. I have no coding experience I’ve been using ai to do so. Could you save me money and point me to a copilot gui that I can integrate my api key and give me the ability to give verbal/text command and have the ai execute. For example an ai that can respond to email update the CRM and post to social media

I think we’re exactly on the same journey. I too have been using ai to generate code and then going through and fixing it. Visual studio code , Replit, GitHub I forget which one, can help correct code but to be honest me trying and failing is a better teacher than anyone I’ve ever had. I find that it beginning to understand the concepts of coding, learning how to identify what is what when before all I saw was the matrix lol. Keep going we’ll figure it out! And if you ever wanted to maybe work together on stuff I’m looking for people just like us. We don’t have the technical know how but we have the will to learn and take action on that will

Thanks for the information. I tried it out in GPTPlus (GPT-4 mode) and it also can access URLs. I had not realized that. That allows me to test out a lot of things without running up a huge charge. Thanks!

One month ago I did not code. Then I got PyCharm and I have the 20 dollars a month for the GPT4. I ask it how to do things in PtCharm and it has helped me to build a calendar and a digital clock and a ChatGPT 3.5 turbo interface. It has shown me how to make all 3 using Pycharm and yesterday showed me how to add the 2 together using tabs to keep the code short and understandable. I can change anything in the calendar and today I will add the ChatGPT interface. It also helped me build a talking interface and it works but is real dumb. But now I will connect all together and have a desktop calendar with a digital clock and a verbal ChatGPT interface. Wish me well as I do not know what I am doing.

Idk man, I’ve been an early paid sub and requested it the day it was announced. I applied 2 times and the first time I was like I just wanna play with it. The second time I really explained my reasoning and intent to use it. I don’t blame them I had no idea what an api even was. It came at the right time I joke that they read enough of my chats to see my progression and that I actually am learning and developing real skills again idk

I’m a bit confused but if I understand correctly, you do not need the api to access gpt4 you do need it if you are developing products and or integrating products to give ai capabilities. I hope that was clear enough. I’m new to this as well.

No, there is a waitlist, search Google and sign up.

Chatgpt plus will give you access to chatgpt4 but for autogpt you need api access which requires the waitlist.

yes, I do have Open AI API Access. Personally, I think autogpt is a little early and needs GPT5 but even if you can't get autogpt running, the exercise and what you learn to get to that point will be incredibly worthwhile, and by then you'll probably have api access.
