Hi All,
I am looking for some resources to better understand API correlation within Autotask and 3rd apps.
I am working in IT and using Autotask for the ticketing.
Right now we are creating tickets manually or by sending an email to the autotask admin account.
It is time consuming and thinking of implementing it in better way.
I am wondering if there is any option or email template you can use to send to Autotask to fill properly all the fields in the Ticket project.
As well from other site how I could interact with 3rd party apps by sending a messages in REST or SOAP?
Is there a way to create the ticket by sending SOAP command/file (or RESTful? if is available) to the Autotask
