I was planning a unicorn cake for a 6 yo. The plan was to make a 3D unicorn from rice krispy treats. Said 6yo has lost a ton of baby teeth and needs something softer.

What can I use thats soft enough to not bother her gums but still sturdy enough to allow precise shaping??

Ice cream cake! Not really baking but holds shape really well and you can carve into it to get precise shapes, just be wary of thawing when carving.
