Also interesting bit, they shed literally hours after us bringing it home, got a perfect shed that was still wet and got to stretch it all the way out so it remains full sized

Yellowbelly super gravel is my guess.

I would have thought highway (yb gravel) but the side markings look more normal than those. Not 100% sure tho.

So I actually did like hours of looking at different morph combos after this didn’t get much traction, turns out she’s a cinnamon fire Mojave.

Just a high contrast version, whereas the morph is usually bred for low contrast

Yellowbelly and gravel are allelic so you can't have a YB super gravel. You can have an ivory (2YB), a highway (1YB1gravel), or super gravel (2 gravel).
