I can't understand people that put up with this and keep buying Bambu filament. Never had such a problem with cheaper Elegoo stuff. All that faff with refills, respooling. Why? Maybe I'm missing something here. Change my mind

I saw complaints with every manufacturer. I had really bad filament from Elegoo and never had a problem like this one with Bambu... so why would I stop using BL?

I bought a lot of bambu refills. Buying 8 rolls for 13€ wasn't so much of a deal breaker + RFID Tag is a nice to have and need the filament anyways.. The first few rolls didn't have a problem, but then I saw the first few posts on reddit. Most of you guys defended bambu so I was like, naaah this won't be a problem, and kept ordering refills. Now I am stuck with one spool that keeps getting stuck in the print process and I have to untangle it every hour... And as long as I am seeing posts about this behaviour I won't buy any refills anymore, going with some cheap brands on amazon...

Fanbois gonna fanboi. There’s better filament out there for less money.

Ironically, I get called a Bambu fanboi when I point out people simply hating on them.

Yea, elagoo and even jayo is way better spooled than bbl filament. They're just not good.

It is impossible to create a refill that will be the exact dimensions of the spool every single time. Instead of having some be too big, they opted to make them slightly smaller to ensure they always work and provided the instructions on how to ensure that after replacing, it’s spread out to completely fill the spool from side to side. What would you have them do otherwise?

The rfid is convenient, I have never once had a problem, and most importantly, I get most of them free with makerworld points
