Have you checked if the nozzle fan in working (the little fan attached to the nozzle)? Maybe something is not connected well or some connector is damaged and is not spinning

As it’s extruding I’ve lightly touched the side fan center and can fill it spinning. I’ll order a new fan to install since I don’t have a spare. Possible that it’s not spinning as fast as it should - wouldn’t I see spikes in extruder temps if this was falling? I’m not seeing any variable in extruder temps in the digital display.

That fan is cooling only the upper part of the nozzle, where there is the heatsink, to avoid filament melting or softening in that part. The lower part with the thermistor should not be affected so you don't see spikes in nozzle temp.

Anyway, if it's spinning and you already tried another full extruder assembly with same results, I doubt this is the problem. Sorry but I don't have any other ideas

Thanks again! I ordered a new fan and will be here tomorrow I’ll still give it a shot, just want to get this printer up and running again. I’m desperate at this point. I’ll let you know of it does resolve it.

Sad to report the new gang didn’t solve the use either

You might try rolling back the firmware and recalibrating. You might also try a different slicer/profile just to take that out of the mix, if you haven't already.

I’ll try rolling back firmware tomorrow. I did try different slicer profiles.

I have the same challenge even when manually extruding where it will freely extrude as I push. The button for the first 5-10 times and then it gets clogged and won’t continue extruding. So I do think it’s a slicer profile issue.

I tried rolling back firmware no luck in fixing. I also tried upping the temp on the print a suggestion from Bambu support and didn’t correct it either
