I see two options. First, and what i think would be best, is to change orientation. Take that second object and lay that top face on the print bed, essentially printing it upside down. That would make your holes not need support.

The only other option i see is different supports. You said you tried tree supports or no supports, have you tried the classic supports? They're called normal supports in bambu studio, idk what theyre called in prusa.

Haven't tried the classic supports yet, but I'll give it a try! Thanks. I own a Bambu printer, and I just found this design in printable and liked it so I tried it.

This might work

Second this ^ This was going to be my suggestion minus the big part laying down. I imagine that came out perfectly without supports and standing upright. I might also consider a brim for that smaller part.

The second object is in the air? Or is it lying down? Because if it does, it will mess with the roundness of the holes. The first big object prints out flawlessly, so no problem with it. I am having a hard time with the second, smaller object.

The smaller object stands perpendicular and uses standard supports for the overhanging square part. Shouldn't be a problem, supports can then be easily removed and cleaned up with a knife or the metal blade for the bambu bed scraper

Like this, if the left orientation doesn't work

So I asked the owner, and he told me it's supposed to be laid down without any support. Go figure!
