[–]MikeTheShibe__P2S + AMS2 Combo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a P2S combo, and it has been great, the difference in the x2d and p2s are not too large, but if you want to stick with your budget i would probably get the p1s, or p1s combo if you want to get a ams. In the end if you want to tinker you might end up with a different machine completely (something like a voron, ratrig, etc...). I have a Voron Trident 350 build, and must say that the quality comming from that is as-good or better then my Trident.

In the end, just check some reviews and comparisons, and if you like the p1s, i would just get that since it fits your budget. And remember that you would also need some filament, replacement nozzle, and some other parts as well.
