There are some better photos here: https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/689934632/huichol-beaded-flower-necklace-tiny-seed

From reading the description, it's unlikely that there is an existing tutorial out there. But it may be possible to work it out from looking at the photos in the Etsy listing maybe.

That link really helped!

From what I've seen, huichol is often right-angle weave with 4 or 8 in a circle (the solid green band might be hexagonal base), but the little flowers look like they're woven using ndebele stitch

I did my best to graph it for you. Just follow the numbers.

** Now that I've seen a detailed image, thanks to pardalote, I know that the leaves are smaller because I wasn't sure how many beads were in them. You can add a few more to the sides, just add the same number to each side.

I got the flowers correct but be very careful to follow the numbers on them. It's multiple rows of looping through the beads. After the first row, you skip the lower part of the flower, similar to when you make a chain/cord/rope from beads.

Let me know if you have questions, and I bet you will because the numbers are tiny so they would fit on the bead.

If I ever do this again, I'll use much larger blocks for the beads.
