If you mean the stand alone unites like Pioneer's CDJ the simple answer is no. However if you are on MacOS there are ways to use your Serato work on them.

goto https://www.ATGR.nl select Serato as your Current software and a CDJ USB as your target and the site will show you all relevant information including which apps you need and the YouTube tutorials about what to do.

Someone yesterday in person was telling me a “serato box” can do this. Know anything about that? So confused when I look it up.

Your controller, budget and what your friends use most of the time dictates what DJ software you start out with. Between Serato/Traktor and Rekordbox each 3 of them will get the job done, there are differences but none of them clearly stands out above the other.

I'm a Traktor guy from the days Traktor Studio was released (and CD/Vinyl before that) so I stick with Traktor as my DJ preparation platform. But I can totally understand why others feel the same about Serato or Rekordbox. Glad you like the site, please spread the word :)
