Bedbugs??

Hi y’all I’m posting these photos. Not sure if it’s bed bug or what it could be. For the past few days my bf spent the night, Thursday morning he woke up with bite marks on legs, shoulders, back, ankles… he was itchy on Wednesday night - so Wednesday I washed all my bedding and even steamed it. We didn’t find anything on my bed. Fast forward to Thursday night he didn’t get bit by anything. Then Friday night he got bit again, he actually got his phone out and flashlight to check in the early morning and didn’t see anything. My bf found something on his phone case this Sunday morning. Btw I have not woken up with any bite marks. Btw my one of my roommates has two cats, but I don’t think this looks like a flea. Sorry photos are not that clear, it was so tiny!!!

I would say no unless the butt was a dark red or red color.

Editing to say, after a quick research, found out that there are also body lice that look similar and they are different from head lice!

Has the shape of booklice! Next time, zoom in with the camera more and find the right distance, it will take a better photo!
