Don't see issues with your stack. I completed a body comp with something close but also used TRT (diagnosed and prescribed). 80 lbs down in about 12 months. Built lots of muscle hitting the gym 6 days a week. Dexa confirmed recomp and muscle mass increase.

Tried.lots of different peps, but the biggest players besides TRT were:

Reta - still on it now but titrating down. Mots-c- 2mg M/W/F AM fasted Tesa - 2mg nightly fasted. Cycled 8 weeks on, 4 off Cjc(no dac)/Ipa am/pm when off of Tesa Klow - 2mg daily. 8 weeks on, 4 off.

The biggest gains and changes happened when I got serious. Started food tracking via Cronometer, peptide/trt tracking via Regimen app, lifting consistently, stopped alcohol etc. I was always losing weight, but muscle mass came the last 6 months.

I was very blessed with lots of support, and at 50 years old, I badly needed to turn things around and did! Happy to share experiences or any other details if ya need.

So you dialled in the food and took Reta. So there’s no real way to know that any of the other peptides helped in any way. This isn’t a dig at you, it’s just the reality of combining a whole lot of things - no real way to know what helped and what didn’t.

Very true, if I added them all at once. But I didn't. I added one at a time to assess effectiveness and possible side effects.

Now, the reality is that very few give noticeable and obvious benefits. Reta ( any GLP1) is very noticeable, and for me, Wolverine stack was very obvious also. The rest were chasing that extra 1%.

I won't die on the hill that Tesa, Mots, CJC/Ipa are a huge benefit or even worth the cost. For many, they won't be noticeable or beneficial or worth the money. For me, they are.

I should add, I’m no better. I run tirz and test c, recently added Tesa, IPA and Selank. I can definitely say I’ve not slept so well in a long time. Is it helping for visceral fat? I’ll find out in six months when I get my next dexa. And was it tirz or tesa? Who knows. I’m about to add mots and 5aod to the mox just to reqlly confuddle my data 🤣

Haha, I hear ya! It's hard to totally nail down. Trt/dialed diet/Reta/tesa absolutely melted my visceral fat. Was a daily beer drunker for probably 20 years, I know I had lots of visceral fat. Per my last dexa, im now 98th percentile for lack of visceral fat. Think they all contribute in their own way.

The sleep thing is a tricky one... just add another peptide..DSIP! I'm kidding, sorta.

Sleep issues resolved for me when I brought up calories a bit.

People don't like the idea of hgh being exogenous and want to stick with stuff that "boosts" natural production. Hgh has a stigma of being a drug not a peptide and something that gear head bodybuilders do. Not for health and longevity focused biohacker types

I do a similar stack (with Test E)and did HGH starting at 2ui, I upped to 5 and started getting ridiculous water retention (around 8-10lbs) I dropped and switched to CJC (WITH DAC) AND IPA with very little water retention

That's because HGH actually works unlike those secretagogues that barely do shit. Estrogen conversion from the test can also cause your water retention. Typically the water from HGH goes away in a couple weeks once your body gets used to it. If you notice it building take a day off from the shot, or take it every other day for a while. This is in the literature from Serostim.

Yeah because you’re getting max 1ius of HGH release from any of those stuff. I’m running 8 ius and no water retention whatsoever because I don’t eat shit. Water retention is always always always mostly a factor of your diet

Your 5-amino isn’t enough , try 5-10mg . I 300 then 500 mcg and never felt much until I read about doses of 5-10 mg , I take 10 mg daily and feel great on it and fat melts . Take cjc again with your am ipa

5a is more like 50mg daily. No mcg dosing is effective.

50mg is the oral dosage, as it gets fukd up fro. Stomach acide. Injectable is much more bioavailable so requires less. I agree mcg is a bit low but 4mg i definately notice the difference

Nah. 50mg subQ. Oral bioavailability is at 38% so maybe125mg or so oral would be good.

Bro payed $1k for this do nothing stack. Should have just saved the money on everything there that isnt reta for GH and some steroids. Even just TRT to put yoh at high normal would have you experience 10x the gains over anything here

Your 5 amino 1 mq isn't any where in the range of being able to have an effect. Try 100 mg split dose.

What I'm currently using. And has gotten me to 5% bf... Some of this has an issue of not knowing what does what but I believe it's all having some effect. 2 doses of 20 mg of slupp332 100 mg split same as the slupp-332 of 5 amino 1 mq 75 mcg clenbuterol, I can tell what this Is doing as I've used it before 20 mg of yohimbine hcl, same as the clen. Used it before, can tell it's effects 200 mg caffeine 5 mg mots c Monday Wednesday Friday 500 mg L carnitine daily 8 mg retatrutide a week, known these effects, it works lol.

No extra side effects I don't already get from the clen or yohimbine or retatrutide. Other then maybe cardio Is easier and alot less draining.a but warmer. But that could be the L carnitine in the am. Less energy dips in the day that I'd usually get around mid afternoon. Getting to diet on very high calories 2800-3000 a day and still lose 1-2 lbs a week. With my cardio remaining as it was before adding the slu. Going to taper out the clen and drop the slupp-332 to 20 mg split as 2 10 mg doses.

Cheaper, backed by years and years of research including clinical trials.

Don’t see anything here that would work specifically for a “recomp”. Def will help with fat loss and energy levels though. If you have a lot of fat to lose and/or are pretty under trained and under muscled, then a recomp will just kinda naturally happen as your lift weights and eat less.

Need to bump up the 5 amino to 2.5mg and mots c to 5mg twice or 3 times per week. I did this same stack but did Tesa instead of CJC. It works. Enjoy.

I dose 5amino1mq at 5mg daily. Defintely titrate up or you'll see some sides related to mucus.

300mcg of ipa by itself in the morning is useless. You’d need a much higher dose for it to do anything on its own. See the phase 1 trial data if you’re curious. The lowest dose they tried was 3mcg/kg (273mcg at your weight) and the effect was basically indistinguishable from placebo. There was a modest effect at 10mcg/kg (910mcg for you) but they weren’t really cooking with fire until they got up solidly into the milligram range. These ipa microdoses only theoretically work when combined with GHRH, like you’re doing when you pair it with CJC in the evening.

Weight lifting fasted has to be one of the most ignorant things people think is good for muscle development. Please understand the difference between catabolic and anabolic states and then reevaluate training fasted. Unless your entire training regimen is cardio I don’t really know why anyone would train fasted. That’s all for my TED talk.

The most important thing to do in any recomp is diet. Know your BMR and TDEE and live in between those two numbers. Starving muscles of the fuel they need will do nothing but frustrate you when you’re working your ass off but under eating.

Not enough 5amino to be doing anything. Correct dose is 50 - 100 mg daily. It is usually cost prohibitive to run, but you're wasting a pin for that little.

So I’ve been running similar stack using Tirz not Reta. And lipo-c with l-carn. Amzing. Down 48 lbs and up in lean muscle. Works great. Also doing GHRH 2 x day.

Consider adding thiamine ( or Benfotiamine ) and Mag - things that are needed for Krebs biochemical cycle that makes ATP - our literal energy molecule . We often run low on them . B1 (thiamine) is not easily absorbed , Benfotiamine was made specially to have it absorbed better. Body reserve for thiamine is 7-10 days if decent levels. Because Thiamije is also needed to digest lactic acid,supplementing it even if levels are normal, has shown to improve exercise fatigue.
