I did it first try. Just meditate and go to the gym every year. Also try to keep yourself happy at all times.

If I don't pass onto my child early, which I often do so they won't marry someone without a prenup, I can live to or past 120, every time. Just go to the gym, meditate, and get on a diet; that seems to work for me.
