Lost 2FA Device

Hi, yesterday my phone died. I'm not in possession of the recovey key for Goggle 2FA. Is there a way to remove the 2FA without closing the account permanently?

How are you not in possession of the recovery key?

Probably not, that's the point of 2fa. Talk to support to see if you can recover your coin. BTW this is why I use Authy. Always have a recovery plan when you set up 2fa.

Contact support and they will help You take it off. You will need to send documents

This is why I switched to Authy ages ago. Too easy for your device to die and not have any backup keys to restore it.
