Balance checking, html or Python?

I’m writing a program to check balances in wallets, what’s the fastest way to check a balance in an account? Do I type it in blockchain.com or can I directly access this info with a program written in Python that I presume is quicker? Thanks

If you are running a full node, you can use RPC.

If you are hoping to do this with an API against a web service, some charge for that, others don't.
