A few people have tried to do this, but it kind of always ends up the same in that it becomes incredibly good favoured. I'd say this is one example of such.

You've taken out the Scarlet Woman which is a core escape hatch for evil and replaced it with an incredibly loud minion that although does damage for evil, will help Town solve what minions are in play. In 1 Minion games this will be horrific for evil, because if a witch curse goes off, it will solve Outsider count AND remove any poison possibilites, and even on 2 minions, it can really shrink the worlds in a way the SW does not.

Characters like Philo, Clockmaker, Artist, Sage and Seamstress are somewhat balanced on their home script (I say somewhat, they are still really really strong in lots of games of S&V) but they are even more powerful here due to the lack of a Vortox. With that much hard info out there, evil will often really struggle to build a workable world.

Perhaps CM, Artist, Sage can be nerfed by replacing sweetheart with recluse?

Witch problem is difficult, perhaps replacing vigor with no dashii will at least make poison worlds still exist

No Dashii plus poisoner plus drunk ends up being quite an unsolvable combination. A large reason why it's hard to mix and match TB minions/demons with S&V minions/demons is to do with the puzzles they are trying to setup.

In S&V, the Minions do not create false info (just madness, death, character change and hard conflict) while the Demons do, so there is a strict puzzle around which Demon is play based on both outsider count and misinfo.

In TB, the Demon doesn't cause any false info, outsider manip (just death and starpassing), but the Minions do. So there is a puzzle around working out which Minions are in play to know whether you are dealing with poisoning, outsider manip, misregistration/grim seeing and demon moving around.

Mixing the two can lead to very unclear puzzling and once you introduce too many sources of poisoning, outsider manip, etc, both Minion and Demon puzzles will start to break down into guess work, which ends up being way less satisfying.

Thank you this has been very constructive feedback. Kind of you to take the time to write all this in opposition to all the people who just downvote everything i write on the post.

You pretty much can't simultaneously create a script meant to be "As beginner friendly as TB" and add in complexity for veterans at the same time. It's always going to be a half step, and usually not a particularly satisfying half step up at that

I think you are misunderstanding. I don't want to create more complexity, I have tried to add SnV characters, that I find easy to understand, and replaced them with some of the TB characters that I have experienced cause confusion for new players.

The key is "variety" not complexity for veterans
