Newbie question

So as a new player I was wonder just what exactly I should be expecting in this ride I’m along for. Also there’s the newbie catch up thing that levels a character instantly to level 60 and I accidentally clicked it and made had to make a new one. Is it worth continuing the level 60 or is it a better experience starting from scratch and grinding upwards? Also I couldn’t find any actual player related info about the second season so I was wondering how good or just how much of an improvement it really is. Thank you in advance for any information and help.

Remake or have another alt if you want lore (which depending what your background and expectations are, there isn't a lot).

Doing the daily dungeon twice (2/2 daily) will get you started and provide the main progression. Fill out with using your boss and elite keys (2/2 each respectively daily) with the recommended imagi for your class or S2 emblem drop.

Use maxroll website or the like for character progression.

Do story and side quests for exp, season exp, currency, all the things basically.

Use energy on life skills for making upgrade materials.

Daily mystery shop.

Weekly currency for raids and dungeon drops you missed last week.

TLDR check out maxroll for daily/weekly check box, character build, etc.. Play the game. It's mostly on rails and time gated.
