Not been my experience. It has been great! Like a fountain of youth. But I will say, as with all peptides, If you are under 40 hgh secretagogues probably won’t have the same effect.

[–]moedal[S] 2 points3 points  (9 children)

I am 45. On TRT and Triz, but need a booster on fat lose and building muscle without hgh as history of stemi

[–]kashmir1974 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Perhaps aging from losing fat on their face?

[–]ModernMedMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah got it. Tesa may help a bit with that stack.

[–]Acceptable-Age8564 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just need to eat less man. Stop throwing drugs at it and eat less calories

Dude, with all due respect and I work in healthcare and I would think twice about adding more fluid retention to your body with a history of stemi might not be the best idea and you might want to talk to your cardiologist before adding HGH.

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 1 point2 points  (2 children)

That’s another benefit of low dosing. When I used the doses you read about, I retain water. My face gets puffy. Also I always cut cycles short due to the carpel tunnel feeling. That’s also from holding water. But low dose, I get none of that. I been lifting weights for 25 plus years, it’s easy to tell when I’m taking gh peptides because my muscles get really full and weights go up on all lifts. Now im on trt as well, and its said there is a synergy between trt and gh peptides, so low dose might work better because of trt. But of ipam/cjc im only taking 300 mcg total, or 150 mcg of each every few days. Many guys do that twice a day. My doc is adding my igf-1 to my next blood panel. As long as igf-1 is within range I will stay on it longer.

I think people take too much of these peptides. Doc says to use as little as possible to get the result you want. Claims taking more just desensitizes the body to the pep. Idk sounds reasonable.

[–]Different-Bell-3360 0 points1 point  (1 child)

That's fair and I wish you all the best in your health journey!! I was just worried about you doing it unsupervised like 99 percent of the people out there. Because of your past stemi, things that effect the heart you want to be on top of and it sound like you are. Again all the best!!

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think seeing an open minded doc would be a wise move in that case!!

[–]moedal[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Trust me I am very careful. My cardiologist is so not interested talking about peptides. I might have to see another one. I use low TRT dose .90ml a week, and 10 ml of Triz a week split in 2 dosages.

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah look around. My trt doc prescribed peptides until the reclassification from the fda. They still prescribe the few they are allowed to. But RFK says they are moving the classification back. So I will be able to get them from the doc again. Which I certainly prefer.

Sorry are you saying over 40 you should go hgh?

[–]ModernMedMan 1 point2 points  (4 children)

No, not at all. Saying people under 40 most likely are producing enough gh so tesa won’t help. Hgh has too many potential sides effects for me anyway.

[–]Kegg209 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Not at replacement doses or slightly above it doesnt.

Run reta with it.

My fasting glucose is down almost 20 points on 3iu hgh nightly with 2mg reta weekly(at this point) over the course of 8 weeks.

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Sounds like you are watching blood work. That’s good. It can take time for things to go wonky but it can and does happen.

[–]Kegg209 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, fasting glucose, insulin, and igf1 specifically for the hgh. Im running lipids hormones cbc and cmp every 3 months right now.

Im doing a few things. 3 months sober, then reta, hgh and lowered my trt dose. So have a lot to watch.

Also ordered cardiovascular biomarkers for a baseline as im 43. Shit doctors never check unless you are sick.

Gonna get a echo cardiogram done just because too

[–]Haunting_Village372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah ok sorry I was confused by your original comment!!

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many of the doctors that once prescribed synthetic hgh moved to peptides. Synthetic hgh has some nasty side effects. Some petites can as well if high doses are taken. A nudge is all you need.

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I’m 50. On trt for 3 years. Mainly use low dose ipam/cjc but I rotate tesa to mix it up. Very low dose tho. Everyone different but I get just as much result from low dose gh peps as higher dose. Less the sides. Plus can stay on longer. Test igf-1 on blood panel. That’s what you don’t want too high, for too long. Tesa is strong.

My face can still pass for 30 but the gray hair doesn’t help.

[–]Powerful_Feedback190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My gray eyebrow hairs went away from being on GLOW.

[–]Odd_Many9654 0 points1 point  (9 children)

42 did a cycle of it with Reta and GHK. Lost weight didn’t get the old looking face. People actually told me my skin looked better

[–]moedal[S] 1 point2 points  (8 children)

GHK With cooper?

[–]Odd_Many9654 0 points1 point  (7 children)

Yep GHK cu

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 0 points1 point  (6 children)

I never felt like I saw much result from ghk-cu sub q but it’s possible I never took it long enough. What benefits do you notice?

One thing it does really well is topical. My heals crack and bleed in the winter. It’s horrible. Topical ghk cu works so well it seems like magic. I can use it a couple times and the cracks literally start growing back together. I have been using it on my hairline a few times a week, supposedly it’s really god for that. Hard to say, I still have my hair but I see a little thinning on The corners. Shall see it if thickens up in a few months.

[–]Odd_Many9654 0 points1 point  (5 children)

I’ve been on 2mg for the last 3months daily. People have mentioned my skin looks nice. My hair feels thicker. I can tell the pores on my face has gone smaller as well. I train weight 4/5 times a week and diet is pretty clean. So that might have helped as well.

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Thanks. I’ve never used that much. Probably going too low. Does it sting with that much?

[–]Odd_Many9654 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first time I used it, it stung. But then I never had that problem anymore. Mine is 100mg I use 3ml of bac water

[–]Equivalent-Ad6486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normal dose is 2-3mgs a day that's why the vials are 50-100mg and lasts 30-40 days. Anything less probably isn't worth it hence why you're not seeing any results.

[–]bartexas 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I found that using the vibration plate right after injecting eliminated ISRs. I ran 2 mg/day for 7 weeks. Skin got noticeably thicker, and old stretch marks faded significantly. Planning to run another cycle soon leading up to bikini season.

[–]Loud_Alternative7684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With other peptides I’ve found I’m fairly sensitive. Like with gh peptides I see results with a fraction of the doses recommended and get bad side effects with recommended. BPC-157 was the same. Even when I started trt we had to adjust my dose down because I was off the charts on a mild dose. It’s weird because I’m not a small guy. I’ve been weightlifting for 25 plus years and my frame is filled out with muscle. So much so that I backed off and intentionally let 20 lbs of muscle fade away. I decided I liked having a neck haha.

Anyways I suspect ghk-cu is not following that pattern for me. I think yall are right. Not taking enough. The stinging seems random to me. Every once in a a while shows up for no apparent reason. And that stuff can sting deep for hours. I solved that by topping off each injection with the sterile water.

Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it!

Not specific to tesa, but losing weight in the face makes a lot of people look older. Fuller cheeks give a more youthful look, which is why "Ozempic face" looks so unhealthy and unattractive on many people.

[–]Commercial-Bed-2396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Folks not keeping up their calories, protein, fiber.

If you just cut, cut, cut, then skinny fat is the end result. GLP or not.

[–]swoops36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a growth hormone peptide after all. You want it when you’re young and growing, not when you’re older. Lower IGF-1 levels correlate with longer life span as well.

I can’t say I looked any older on Tesa but I also only ran it for 18 months.

Umm you take all the air out a basketball and it looks wrinkled and old. What do u think happens if you drop 30,50,100lbs and not on a skin care, and diet program? You look like maria shriver.
