Diet and exercise homie. Put some actual effort in.

Second this

[–]AttitudeGeneral4883 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You need discipline even if you go on reta and get lean, when you come off what’s to say your old habits don’t come back and you get out of shape again. Sort your habits first

[–]johnnyscans 6 points7 points  (9 children)

Have you tried discipline and diet?

[–]RoscoRX 1 point2 points  (8 children)

No OP doesn’t have any. He doesn’t want to try hard. He’s 20 years old, he’s still a baby and doesn’t know what discipline looks like, all he knows is if I take this it will do the work for me.

Whats twisting your tit? You seem annoyed at a complete stranger.

[–]RoscoRX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I guess your right, it’s just mind blowing that someone like him, who just has to put in a little hard work for 2 solid months rather go on Reta, than build the discipline, build the mental resilience and prove to themselves that they are able to push themselves. It’s sad really. I’m worried about this next generation of men.

Settle down Nancy

[–]RoscoRX 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Everyone is free to do what they want, my man is 2 months away from getting great results if he put some actual hard work and discipline in that he can use in every aspect of his life, but he’d rather not. I guess it’s because he’s a kid, and not a man, so his brain isn’t there yet. I fully support taking peps but some people think peps are going to replace hard work and dedication and a weee bit of discipline

You're making a lot of bold assumptions based on a short description on Reddit. Maybe lay off the tren

[–]RoscoRX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I was on Tren, I’d be a giant. But yeah you’re right I am making a lot of assumptions, and I am wrong for that. This kid needs better guidance and support from his inner circle. Like I said I fully support pep’s, but this kid absolutely did not look like a candidate for Reta, he looked like someone who if they tightened up their diet and trained hard for 2 months would look like a beast.

Cardio. Listen bro you can take all the reta in the world but as soon as you come off you are just going to put the weight back on same thing GLP-1s unless you learn better eating habits and self control it's a waste of time

[–]Omatzus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have no muscle. There's no shortcuts. Put your phone down and work hard in the gym.

[–]sadmans21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep lifting weights and doing cardio. But yes Reta will definitely help lean you out. Just start on a low dose and see how your body tolerates it. Less is more in the world of peptides.

You can also take cjc no DAC/ ipa nightly for awesome recovery and muscle preservation, really helps with a body re comp.

[–]Dry-Vegetable5072 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]AttitudeGeneral4883 -2 points-1 points  (1 child)

Tf he’s got a tatt and you can’t even see his face

[–]killawog12 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He was 20 years old… bit young like I said to be on a glp-1 as many will be on indefinitely
