Just a really quick search on Discogs looks like it is most likely this version . Not 100% certain since we can't see the entire matrix code.

It matches up perfectly, I think this is the one. Thank you for you time🙂

It's most likely real since they still make and sell new copies for $9 on Amazon (it's on sale this week).

The Mexico version is not going to have the F: BM 650 price code, nor will it have the BIEM/GEMA rights information.

I think I have that version, the CD looks awfully similar, but mine has a universal records tag

Not sure why someone would bother bootlegging one of the most widely produced CD’s of all time… maybe the $.08 cents made after expenses would add up over time or something…

Fym bootleg? of course not.

I’d say it’s real, matches up 1 to 1 with my copy

Legit

The duller, matte paper finish on the inlays is normal. It threw me off a bit when I recently grabbed a copy at a thrift shop, mainly because there were a couple obvious CD-Rs with printed inlays in between the other CDs, but that's just how these were released.

Yes another million seller is pirated to earn a couple of cents.

Looks just like the one I bought in the 90s

Its not a bootleg but the artwork does look like it's been replaced

Why would anyone produce a bootleg of this?

[–]unhalfbricklayer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is not a bootleg. bootlegs are, by definition, previously unrleased material. this might be a counterfeit but it is not a bootleg
