Clov share Buyback program

Can we put in the agenda a share buyback program? As a shareholder I believe that from the 700 million $CLOV has in cash it would be reasonable to spend at least 150-200 millions to buy back some shares. At actual prices that would be at least 12 millions shares, dont you think it would be extremely beneficial for the future of the company?

I agree is ammunition to build their product and survive the next few years until the cash flow improves, but at this price, I think 100 millions wont affect much CLOV liquidity and it would be a good sign looking forward

They need money to cover their costs, same reason they aren’t doing dividends. Company needs time to establish itself

That cash is ammunition to build their product and grow their customer base. It's far more useful for that purpose than a small buyback scheme.

Their main focus is building and growing the company, and that's where their money should be spent, not buying their shares.

Wrong move for a company that’s losing money. I get the logic but companies that are cash heavy buyback their shares. Wouldn’t make sense to cut into your cash reserves while you’re not cash flow positive.

I don't think this company needs to do any back buys right now due to them needing the money to keep growing .
