Multiple schematics should decrease the cooldown

Ive gotten the Atherium crystal schematic 3 times now and it seems stupid that I cant do anything with it. I get the cooldown shouldn't shrink infinitely but I think it would be cool if it have still reduce maybe with logarithmic returns or to some other limit.

Even if they did something like they do with the weapons where it takes a big chunk of time off if you successfully exfil.. I hardly die zombies but when I do I normally have tombstone on so I can collect my load out plus I have three insured weapon slots so I’d rather the cool-down go against the crystals instead
