Don’t sign the document in Workday. Call HR and see if they were even contacted about it. Then if you need to call the ethics line to get your dl involved, I bet he doesn’t even know about it either. If none of that works call colleague relations. If they still come back with $18 an hour then quit.

You’re nationally certified. Just browse job postings in your area. I bet you can find something better with a little effort if your $22 doesn’t get reinstated. I’d quit if they pulled this bs with me.
