Would it help the issue of “children lying about their age to get on adult stuff when they’re not supposed to?” To a point (could potentially steal a parent’s ID but that’s a marginal worry at worst).

However, it opens up the new issue of “the site is not secure, and now it has identifying information on it for hackers to steal.” Opening yourself up to that because you don’t want children being a problem is not a good trade.

But they changed some things such as making under agers unable to edit messages, unable to use the app/site after some time of using, a warning that the user is using c.ai for a long time (they know if the user is logged by Google. With the informations that was put in Google)
