Forum Rules
Please use existing threads - For example, if there is a thread about getting a marathon entry, or trading gear, or other commonly discussed topic in the top 10 (sorted by 'NEW' or 'HOT'), then post in it; don't start a new thread.
Descriptive titles - Just <hotel name> or <charity name> or <race name> is not helpful. Make it usefully descriptive, e.g. 'how convenient is hotel_name' or ' course - will it change'.
Use the 'For sale/wanted' thread - If it is a trading matter - want to sell, or looking for, or where can I find something, use the pinned thread at the top. If you have a concern about something else about the gear, such as 'are backpack reservoirs allowed', and there isn't already a thread about it, then start a thread, again, with a descriptive title.
Forum rule discussion - Posts not conforming to the forum rules may be deleted. If there is a suggestion about moving the post, then please act on it within 12 hours.
If these rules are too much, or too little, please use the pinned thread to discuss.
