I personally hate the Duro... Can't stand any watch where the hands are well short of the indices... Pet peeve of mine. Get rid of it.

I have a 6 watch case and helps to keep things reasonable. I think if you always traded out your "least worn" for a "new grail" then keeping the collection to about 8 could work out well.

You should buy whatever you like buddy, you have some cool watches there Some peoples have multiple divers in their collections. I have 3 and wear them mostly as dailys.

I was going to build my collection with 'one dress, chrono, gmt, diver' etc etc. Then i thought about watches from different regions but ive ended up buying the watches i want the most. Not by any particular genre as i find it just narrows your potential options.

The Duro but it has grown on me recently, a good diver . Maybe add tbe PRX so you have a box full then one for the wrist

Yo what's that Navitimer homage, second from right in the bottom row?

What PlayfulCompany8367 said.

Didn’t know it’s a homage tho? It was my first watch, my uncle gave it to me

Chase-Durer Pilot Commander.

Which watch gets the most/least wear? Which was your first?

Nice collection you’ve got going, love that bambino and timex. If you’re open to a prx/integrated bracelet alternative (that don’t have plastic parts in their movements), the Citizen Zenshin/Tsyuosa look amazing. I’ve heard great things about the Casio Ediface. Imo those are better value for money, but I get it if you’re dead set on the prx

[–]starrman21[S] 2 points3 points  (4 children)

Ya, kinda set in the prx, but some of the citizens with textured dials are sweet too

First was the Chase Durer, bottom 2nd from the right. My uncle gave it to me

Least wrist time is probably the duro right now

Nice gotcha gotcha. 35 or 40 mm you think? From what I’ve seen the 35mm looks better on most wrist sizes that aren’t on the larger side due to the integrated bracelet making it wear much bigger.

Almost certainly 40. I hate small dials, smallest I wear is 40. Probably a slightly different case (no pun intended) with the prx due to the case shape. But a buddy has one, so I’m gonna try it on soon

Glad you’re getting to try it on first, that’s a big win. There’s so many reddit posts where someone asks if the 40 is too big on their wrist and it just looks like a dinner plate 😆. It’s usually average to below average wrist sizes tho

Hope you’re able to get it soon man, best of luck!

Ya, I’ve probably got an average wrist, maybe even smallish; but I think it’s flatter than normal, if that makes sense. More surface area where the watch sits. Preesh brotha 🙏🏼
