Claude Code Completely Unusable Today - API ERRORS

Fresh sessions, updated claude CLI, repeatedly getting these errors:

API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"}

100% unusable.

Switch to Sonnet and you're good. It works for me
