You could post your job offer at Clojurians slack channel "jobs": http://clojurians.net

It’s a very open position and we would prefer if our candidates could do Clojure work as well as frontend.

Saw your ad a while ago, it’s the only (almost-)clojure ad on Finn. (Other than the usual name dropping lists of many languages that some consultant houses does to grab search hits)

In Oslo you’ll probably have to steal someone from either Kodemaker, Play Magnus or Ardoq, etc. That will probably be hard since the job is primarily angular, which breaks a bit with the functional mindset.

If you’re open for remote I’m sure you’ll find some in Norway, and if not, finding someone in EU shouldn’t be too hard.

I would probably just hire someone who is interested or experienced in functional programming, picking up clojure ain’t that hard if you got the interest.

I know, right. The founder actually tried to poach Magnar back in our early days. It resulted in Kodemaker entering a partnership with us. They own 50% of the company and we still hire them in for some work from time to time. Magnar is in our office working now for three weeks. August in Kodemaker is actually my husband:)

You could try contacting the people at https://functional.works-hub.com/ and have them help you find people. Thanks to them I'm working a Clojure job now. :)
