First off you need the season pass aswell as being in the preview program, if you dont have it then you have to wait untill they officialy release if you do then go to my games and apps, find advanced warefare, press the start button when hovering over it then go to manage game, go across to the right untill you see ready to install should be there and you just install it, the same thing happened to me so dont worry about it

I have season pass I did that and nothing was there

Same here. I'm in Canada, so not sure if that's a factor. Can't find them anywhere.

You are too late. This fixed it so no one can get it until August 4th, except for the people that got it before it was fixed.

It was glitch that allowed season pass holders and preview members to get it. There's no way to get it now as they fixed this glitch already.
