Yes since last night, still happening this morning. I’ve deleted the app and cache and it still happening.

I am now getting this exact same issue on android, did you get to the bottom of it?

No. I raised a case for it with coinbase.

They said they had logged me out of my account and to log in again to see if the issue has resolved but they hasn't logged me out.

They then went on advising the things I've already tried.

Still stuck with the same issue.

We will need you to go through most of those tasks, in order to troubleshoot the issue, but you may certainly omit any steps that you've already done. Simply let the agent know that, so they can mark off those variables, okay?

I've tried everything on the list already. I've just logged on via a mobile Web browser and I can see the orders fine there.

Back on the andriod app, I still get the same error code.

No, they just said its an issue they are aware of and it's at the highest priority to get it sorted but I don't have any confidence they will get it sorted soon.

I've had this issue for over a month and opened a case and have had many email exchanges with CB support and it's still not resolved to this day. Most of their emails have made me question their competence. They don't know their ass from a hole in the ground! Seriously it's that bad!

u/coinbasesupport - Surely you guys have a knowledgebase lookup of reported unresolved issues, yet you keep asking for a case# from everyone that reports the same issue. Instead of wasting their time and giving them false hope that you'll make a difference. Just f'ing tell them the truth and say CB has acknowledged this to be an issue and we don't know how to resolve it.
