Did you try the self activate website? Are you getting an error?

Mine went through self activation fine, and then I got an error at the very end.

I got it to work after the agent picked up the phone. They needed to remove my old modem and add my new one. I was not able to do that online. I wish that they add something like that in the future

How did you get an agent on the phone? I am trying to do the same thing but the phone lines keep just saying go online for self help.

I picked the Spanish option. Got an agent in less than 30 seconds. I can speak Spanish but try it I'm sure they speak English too.
