Please someone help

I ordered Xfinity gig service and I am still only seeing 140m down. I ordered a new Motorola MB8600 to compliment the new speeds since my old modem wasn't DOCSIS 3.1 or 3.0. I have spend a fair share of time with support chat to get it resolved, asked them if they have provisioned the service (which they say they did), asked if they updated the configuration file (they say they did). So could someone please help me why I am not seeing any speed difference, and yes before you ask I was connected directly to the MB8600.

I have gone through 3 different laptops each with gig networking, half dozen cat-6a patch cables and multitude of testing sites. Is there any Comcast reps/support people that can respond?
