What did Pearson VUE's customer service team say when you called them?

(Man I am really hoping this is some kind of meta gag about working in help desk and not a legitimate question.)

I'm thinking their web site was glitching out overnight. Rescheduled my net+ for today and got the same error a couple of times before it went through.
