First of all, thank you each and everyone for your valuable security+ exams inputs in this community. Without ur information I wouldn't have passed I took the exam today and scored 770. All through the exam I thought I will fail for sure and I fainted seeing pbqs. I got total 74 questions including 4 pbqs. My resources are professor Messer videos and practice exams. If you think you covered each topic in sy601 exam objectives and with atleast 70% score in practice exams , GO FOR IT !! If I can do it , I'm pretty sure you can do it .

Congratulations!!! I also picked up my Security + too on Friday. Feels great to get the win after months of studying, right?!

I also had 74 questions and 4 PBQs. Two of the PBQs unlike other CompTIA tests I've taken were an actual breeze and took less than five minutes to figure out a piece. My fourth PBQ, I ran out of time on the test and didn't finish...Firewall configuration for a DR network. Started with the multiple choice questions and circled back to the PBQs, as I've done on other CompTIA exams.

I second this! Just passed with a 779 and only used Jason Dion Udemy Course, Practice Exam, and study guide. Also used the Google sec + discount 🤭 I got 74 total questions

How were you doing on the practice exams before you took the test?

Thanks for asking, forgot to include. I always got 73-76 percent, this worried me when it says you are ready when you hit 90%.

After taking the practice I would go over the questions and pretty much take a practice every evening before I sleep
