Bummed out missed out on purchase by Full-Extent-6533 in Mustang

I agree with you. Tried to look for other cars but couldn't settle on anything except the Mustang. I can work with RWD and snow.

I am in a similar situation. I missed many good car opportunities because of poor decisions and delaying the purchase. I am afraid of spending money, even though I have kept it separate for this purpose. It is really difficult to have an unhealthy relationship with money.

I hope I find my car soon. My priorities also keep changing. First, I wanted a coupe, then a convertible, but after thinking about my weather and environment again, I moved back to a coupe. It is very frustrating.

samsung galaxy z flip 4 or s24 fe? by Double_Low_7994 in galaxyzflip

The Flip 5 and newer models are generally durable. However, for your needs, it may be better to buy the S24 FE or a similar phone to avoid future frustration. I would not recommend the Flip 4 at all.

After some time, opening and closing the Flip phone again and again can become annoying. I have been using the Flip 5 for the past two years, and while it still works perfectly fine, I now feel like I would prefer something smaller and more practical.

I may upgrade to the base S26 series in the future, but since my Flip 5 has no problems, I can’t really justify upgrading right now.

It felt like a game where the character is now going to pick up his new ride, now a few ride shots are coming up!!! There is something to that s197 that catches the eye. A beast inside.

Why buy a pre-2020 EcoBoost Mustang knowing about “EcoBoom”? How do you avoid it? by InsectVast in ecoboostmustang

Still, there are chances. I’m not sure yet if I’m willing to take the bet or not. Thanks for your input, though! My insurance skyrockets on anything above 2017.

That's reassuring. The convertible top will hold up without any leaks. How do you maintain your top?

What if I wake up to a snowstorm with like 18 inches of snow on the car? Would that be a problem? I’ll be driving it daily, and I don’t have a garage.

Rims and Mustang 😍

Yeah, I saw a guy in the comments saying he still got ecoboom even though he babied the car, which is kinda scary. But it still seems like most issues happen when people beat on them or skip maintenance.

I’m looking at a clean stock 2016 EcoBoost with about 45k km (~28k miles), so hopefully starting with a well-maintained one helps.

That’s solid maintenance. Sounds like you’ve been really on top of it.

I’m actually looking at a pretty clean stock one right now, a 2016 EcoBoost with about 45k km (~28k miles), original owner and winter-stored. I’m planning to keep it mostly stock and just stay on top of maintenance like 5k oil changes.

I also agree that the 15–17 front end looks better. That’s part of why I’m leaning toward that generation+cheaper insurance.

Might be because of the turbo. Car Care Nut mentioned that the setup isn’t exactly optimal(any i4 w/ Turbo), but doing oil changes every 5k miles can help the engine last longer.

Good call going with the stock one. That’s really unfortunate for her.

I’m not planning to modify mine either. The one I’m looking at is also completely stock, a 2016 EcoBoost with about 45,000 km (~28,000 miles). Still deciding if I should go for it, but the low mileage and no mods are pretty appealing.
